AltaPay is a danish payment service provider that helps internationally webshops and online merchants to accept credit card and alternative payments over the internet.
AltaPay needed a data platform to support its payment solutions platform. Our Senior Product Owner managed a new team, implemented agile methodologies, and launched the platform in 1.5 years.
Ørsted
Ørsted is on the road to become the world’s leading green energy major by 2030, Increasing their power output from 12 to 50GW.
We have defined and productized services for wind farms by our offshore operation team. This involved crafting a product strategy for offshore products and providing coaching in agile delivery to product leaders and managers. We actively liaise with Product Managers to execute project deliveries while identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks and issues.
BEC
We supporting multiple teams and leadership with their Scaled Agile setup within the Customer Experience Management ART (120+ people) at BEC. Agile project management for key projects, incl. large bank merger.

Helsinki Outlet
Helsinki Outlet is a premium outlet village in Helsinki, Finland. The Outlet wanted to bring a world-class headless e-commerce experience to life. A marketplace with a multitude of brands and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience connecting their physical outlet village with many more customers online.
Our consultant coordinated the launch of a new e-commerce experience. The Helsinki Outlet is now the proud operator of digital outlet marketplace with more than 20 brands and thousands of daily visitors.
MacGregor customer portal
MacGregor (Cargotec Corporation) needed help in coordinating and managing multiple teams implementing a digital experience enabling their customers to purchase parts, access manuals, documentation and reports for their equipment.
The solution is a combination of AWS microservices incl. IoT, APIs and data lake that is integrated into a Salesforce environment, using SF Community, lightning UI, amongst others.
TELUS’ digital platform
Customer expectations for digital experiences have increased rapidly as they interacted daily with the likes of Netflix, Spotify, Amazon and Instagram.
The TELUS Digital Platform is an ecosystem of tools, technologies and practices that simplify the path to production, making it easier for teams to deliver value to customers. TELUS says its digital ecosystem encompasses design, content, intelligence, application program interfaces (APIs) and delivery enablement.
